Affiliate program

General terms

Last revised: August 30, 2026. These terms govern participation in the mirok.ai affiliate program and supplement the service's terms of use.

1.Purpose

The affiliate program allows any registered person (the "Affiliate") to recommend mirok.ai through a personal link and to earn a commission on the payments made by the customers they bring in (the "Referrals").

The publisher of the service is GAMATHEL, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €500, registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 940 515 877, intra-Community VAT number FR03 940 515 877.

2.Enrolment

Enrolment is free and requires no paid subscription: a mirok.ai account is enough. It is completed from the "Affiliate program" area of the account and constitutes acceptance of these terms.

mirok.ai reserves the right to refuse or suspend an enrolment, in particular in the event of a breach of these terms, without that decision giving rise to any compensation.

3.Referral link and attribution

Each Affiliate has a unique personal link. When a visitor follows that link, a first-party cookie lasting 60 days is placed in their browser. If that visitor creates an account during this period, the organization thus created is attributed to the Affiliate.

Attribution follows the last link clicked rule: if the visitor has followed several affiliate links, only the last one is taken into account.

An organization can only be attributed once and definitively. It cannot subsequently be reattributed to another Affiliate, including at the Referral's request.

Attribution requires the visitor to keep the cookie until they sign up. Deleting it, private browsing, a change of browser or device, or blocking cookies will prevent attribution, with no possible recourse.

4.Commission

The Affiliate earns 20% of the pre-tax amount of the subscriptions paid by each Referral, for a period of 6 months counted from that Referral's first payment — and not from their sign-up.

Payments covering a period that extends beyond the 6-month window give rise to a commission pro rata to the days actually covered. An annual subscription paid in full in the first month therefore gives rise to a commission calculated only on the portion corresponding to the first six months.

The commission applies exclusively to subscriptions. Excluded are: VAT and any other tax, one-off credit top-ups, discounts, credit notes and fees of any kind.

In the event of a full or partial refund of a payment that has already been commissioned, the corresponding commission is clawed back proportionally and deducted from the Affiliate's balance, including where that balance becomes negative.

5.Payouts

Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. To this end, the Affiliate must create an account with Stripe, which directly collects and verifies their identity and bank details. mirok.ai stores none of this information.

A payout can be requested as soon as the available balance reaches €50. No payout can take place until Stripe has validated the Affiliate's account.

Commissions remain earned and continue to accrue even when they cannot yet be paid out.

6.Affiliate status and cap

The commission remunerates a business introduction activity. The Affiliate is solely responsible for declaring the sums received and for complying with their tax and social security obligations, and declares that they have the legal capacity required to receive those sums.

In the absence of a declared business status, payouts are capped at €1,200 per calendar year. This cap is an internal precautionary policy and in no way constitutes an exemption from registration: beyond occasional activity, a business status is required. The cap is lifted as soon as a business status is declared with Stripe.

In accordance with its reporting obligations, mirok.ai may be required to report the sums paid to the Affiliate to the tax authorities, and to suspend payouts until the necessary information has been provided.

7.Obligations and prohibited practices

The following are prohibited in particular, and result in the cancellation of the commissions concerned:

  • self-referral, whether direct or indirect, including through a relative, a related company or a second account;
  • sending unsolicited messages (spam), by email or through any other channel;
  • bidding on advertising keywords using the "mirok.ai" trademark or close variants of it, and using domain names likely to cause confusion;
  • any misleading presentation of the service, promise of results or inaccurate pricing, and any use of mirok.ai's trademark or visual assets suggesting an official relationship other than the affiliation;
  • any manipulation of attribution, in particular through the artificial generation of clicks or accounts.

8.Term, termination and amendment

Enrolment is entered into for an indefinite term. Either party may end it at any time, without notice or cause. Commissions duly earned before termination remain payable, subject to these terms.

In the event of a serious breach, in particular a prohibited practice within the meaning of article 7, mirok.ai may suspend the account and cancel the commissions concerned, including those not yet paid out.

mirok.ai may amend these terms as well as the commission rate and duration. Amendments do not apply retroactively to Referrals already attributed: commissions in progress remain governed by the terms in force at the time of their attribution.

9.Liability

The Affiliate acts entirely independently. These terms create no employment contract, agency, partnership or exclusivity relationship between the parties. The Affiliate shall not bind mirok.ai towards third parties.

mirok.ai guarantees neither a volume of conversions nor the uninterrupted availability of attribution tracking, and cannot be held liable for a loss of commission resulting from an external technical cause, in particular on the visitor's browser side.

10.Personal data

The attribution cookie is placed for the sole purpose of linking a sign-up to an Affiliate and expires after 60 days. The Affiliate has access to no personal data about their Referrals: only the organization name, the plan subscribed to and the amounts generated are disclosed to them.

The identity and banking data required for payouts are collected and stored by Stripe as data controller for those operations.

11.Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts under ordinary law.
